We will not be having our meeting at the Urban Grill this Tuesday March 14, 2017. Instead... Rotary Ski Day!
You are invited to this wonderful day of skiing and fellowship. Friends of Rotary are welcome to join this fun day. We meet at the base of Whistler Gondola at 7 am for early upload to FreshTracks Breakfast. After breakfast, we divide into groups and ski together for the morning. Instead of a race this year we will have some groups skiing Peak to Valley. Awards, Appies and no host bar at Black’s starting at 1:30 pm. Cost is $25 and includes First Track Breakfast and appies at Black’s. (LIFT TICKET not included). Cost is $15 for those who have First Track Tickets or non skiers. A lift ticket will be provided for non skiers to attend the breakfast.
Our next meeting with be March 21st, same time at the Urban Grill and we will be hosting the Whistler Interactors.
On March 28th we will be having a trial Dinner Meeting - 5:30 - 7:30 at the Venue Restaurant. It will either be a buffet dinner (if we have at least 25 register) or a limited pre-order menu. In both cases the cost with be $20 for dinner and coffee/tea, and a cash bar. We will be having a very quick AGM to vote in the Board for next year, and have a great speaker lined up, Margaret Rudolph plus the possibility of a second speaker. Please invite friends, interested potential members and spouses. Please register yourself and any guests so we can tell The Venue how many are coming. It will be a fun meeting/social.
