This Weeks Meeting

This Tuesday May 7th Todd Med will be speaking on Mission San Quintin Last year, a small team from the Sea-to-Sky corridor, two of whom are staff of Summit Lodge, joined a short-term mission to build a much-needed school in the California-Baja area of Mexico. Todd as been the GM of the Summit Lodge for the last 5 years and is currently the president of the Pemberton Lions Club.

- June 27 - This meeting will also be the Installation ceremony conducted by Ross Harlow for our incoming Board and President. If the weather is good this will also be an outside deck event with a Pasta Bar (tentative)

- August 1st - Our incoming District Governor, Don Evans and his wife Deb will be attending and presenting. This will be an outdoor deck barbecue night at The Venue

District 5040 2017 Conference

Great 5040 Conference at the Whistler Fairmont over the weekend. Very inspirational speakers including our own Peter Ackers and Jenny Fitzgerald and lots of coordination support by Conference Chair Marg Pallot, Murray Wood, David Oakes and Ken Martin. However the youth dominated as you can see in the bottom photo.
