Last Week's Happenings
If you wern't there you missed a barn burner.! Harry Measure and Lorne Borgal presented their thoughts on Innovation Centres. This is an idea on how to provide professional opportunities for residents of the Sea to Sky corridor. Many other resort communities have used this technique to build a robust community outside of the tourism industry. Their presentation invoked a lively discussion. Hopefully there will be additional details in the Pique.
As it was World Polio day Brian Finley gave us a brief update on the status of Polio Plus.
Thanks to all who came out and special thanks to those who made a contribution to Polio Plus. We raised approx $300. Nice!
