Great Sun Peak's District Conference last weekend.Murray, Janice, Marg, Wendell, Ross and Ken were at Sun Peaks this past week. Great times and lots of information. Our own Murray Wood was honoured with a People of Action Award for all his efforts on behalf of our club and the District. As per the results of our member survey and meeting discussions we are reducing the number of meetings, particularly early morning, and experimenting with various dinner or pre/post dinner meeting formats and locations. Not to worry for those who need your weekly fix of Rotary, there are plenty of events, fun raisers, board and committee meetings planned every month to fill your calendar. May 7th - No Meeting Saturday May 11th - 9AM Fancy a morning picking up trash. It is actually fun. Join Janice Lloyd and Murray Wood at the Hilltop House in Squamish, 38146 Behrner Drive May 14th - Regular 7AM Morning Meeting - Wendell, Murray, Janice, Marg and Ken (along with 6 Interactors) made the trek to Sun Peaks. Our Tuesday meeting will be a review of the highlights of the conference.
