August 13th we gathered at Dusty's Backside to recall and roast David Oakes. Quite a lot of revering was done in view of his dedication to projects, knowledge of Rotary history and famous newsletter that was circulated until ClubRunner moved in. 

David has been a faithful and valuable member since 1996. He moves to Comox with his dear wife Brenda.

 

At this same meeting we welcomed new member David Steven.
