- Family came to Canada in 1999, Established L&L Maritime Corporation which provides Drug and Alcohol Testing for the marine industry and is an offshore distributor of instrument.
- Joined Rotary club of West Vancouver in 2001, Centennial President 04-05
- Two three-year stints as District Interact Chair
- ShelterBox Canada Ambassador 2009 to date
- ShelterBox Canada Board Member 2010 -2014
- Member of the District Peace Fellowship committee since 2005
- Transferred to the Rotary Club of West Vancouver Sunrise 2011
- Presently Community Service Chair/Board Member
