The Rotary Club of Whistler, with help from the Rotary Club of Whistler Millennium, Whistler Community Services Society, Zero Ceiling and the Writing Society put on a show at Cornucopia this year with a massive Silent Auction and manned the Coat Check area of a dozen events.
Almost $27,000 gross was raised between the two activities, all being distributed for Youth in Crisis and Youth Support programs in the Whistler area. Thanks to Tourism Whistler, Watermark Communications, the many local businesses who donated their goods and services, all the very well dressed attendees who donated at coat check so generously, and all the volunteers who helped out.
Now we get to do it again next year.
